Project Description

This project, supported by the New Zealand Foundation for Research, Science and Technology, and several supporting industries, is concerned with providing techniques and technologies that will assist New Zealand industries in delivering high-tech, high value, sensor-based products to global markets.  The work is divided into four objectives.

  1. Advanced Data Analysis - new and adapted techniques to process data
  2. PEER - development of new methods for non-invasive sensing
  3. SpectraSense - new generation moisture measurement sensors
  4. ImageSense - refinement of methods for object recognition and tracking
